Hi kris congrats on the cast iron sponsor. Is it for Daytona or the first 5 races? The broadcast thursday is live right , quali is 8.20 pm EST and race 8.30 pm EST ?
Only the first race is at Daytona, on Thursday February 3rd (see the schedule below). This race and every race is broadcast live on Thursdays! You can see the track for each Thursday in the schedule below. Your understanding of the times are correct, quali is 8.20 pm EST and race 8.30 pm EST.
Team Goon Squad is broadcasting our races. The Youtube "upcoming live stream" event for our races will be created well ahead of each race so that we can share the link ahead of time with our fans so they never miss a race! YouTube allows you click the "Set reminder" button so that you are reminded when the broadcast goes live and also watch the count down to the race in hours and minutes so you don't have to do timezone conversions!
We will be practicing this week up until the race, but practices are not broadcast.
But is cast iron the sponsor for Daytona only or the first 5 races ? I saw that in one of the blogs, just wondered , still learning g

our last practice session this evening will conclude the off season test sessions. Preliminary test sessions had great turnout from the drivers. we practiced several mock starts and fuel runs. during those starts and fuel runs we had fantastic wheel to wheel racing. The drivers will face challengers from both sides of the car most times at the same time. The drivers who practiced had to wuickly adapt to going 3 cars wide for several laps before one car decided to drop back. patience will be key in this opening round. Coupled with fuel strategy, the winner of the race could easily come from deep in yhe starting order. This race is going to be a nail biter and surely to keep our watchers and fans on the edge of their seats the entire race.
