Yes yes yes! I remember an incident with my brother when we were booking an Uber and I greeted the driver politely and kept on addressing him as 'sir' and my brother tugged me at my shirt and asked 'why are you calling him Sir? Ain't we the one paying?' and I quickly rebuked him and I remember sternly telling him to be kind to people.
I can't start to emphasize how invaluable kindness is,I still remember everyone who was kind to me.
