The Wheel of Colors

Hello hivers! It’s good to be back after about six days. How have you been? Hope you’re doing just fine.
I’ve been away for much long since I am doing my job and it takes a whole lot of changes with my daily routine after the vacation period. Busyness of preparing for the class lesson is always been the new life habit I am doing right now.

Anyways, my blog for today is all about going back to the basics in Art. What I am going to show you now is the activity that my class did in their Art Class.

I always say that going back to basics is a fundamental rule in teaching a kid. Since the pandemic period I sensed that my class knew a little about Art basics, few knew nothing at all about it. So here we are.

Last week I introduced to them about the beginning of all arts-the Line and its kinds. They were able to recognized the importance of it in their future Art class, perhaps in their future job as well. They even presented an art design using different lines in the form of modulo art.

Now they were introduced to next basic form in Art- the Colors. Colors make an artwork lively and attractive. Knowing how colors are made makes child create an imaginative mind.

Because of this fundamentality, a child should know a Color Wheel Chart to let them identify and recognized complementary colors and by that they will be creative enough in combining different colors in their artworks soon. These are some of my class works:
