It is one of those days that touches my commitment to educate in the beautiful university world to the high school graduates of the Republic of Venezuela in the Universidad Experimental Libertador UPEL. I am a teacher in the area of Physical Education. Today I had the opportunity to evaluate one of my students named Gerluis, a boy with incredible ideas and a wonderful ability with children in their early stages.
Therefore, he is fulfilling his professional practices, this time it is the last one in a preschool institution. Children between 3 and 6 years old. In one of the most distant localities of the island, Gomez municipality in the town of Pedro Gonzalez. Its institution is called C.E.I.S ''Arcelia Moreno" Pedro González. That school is located with an enrollment of more than 200 boys and girls that make academic life in that educational center. Actually as a teacher I am evaluating their practices, their experiences, their innovative activities aimed at transforming a better education and active participation of the majority of their students with the support of each of their representatives.

Les comento un poco soy profesora en el área de Educación Física. Hoy me tocó realizar una evaluación a uno de mis estudiantes llamados Gerluis, un muchacho con ideas increíbles y una habilidad con los niños en su etapa inicial maravillosa.
Por consiguiente, está cumpliendo sus prácticas profesionales, en esta oportunidad es la última en una institucionalidad de prescolar. Niños comprendidos entre 3 y 6 años de edad. En una de las localidad de la isla más lejanas, municipio Gómez en el pueblo de Pedro González. Su institución lleva por nombre C.E.I.S ‘’Arcelia Moreno” Pedro González. Esa escuela se ubica con una matrícula de más de 200 niños y niñas que hacen vida académica en ese centro educativo. En realidad como docente estoy evaluándole sus prácticas, su experiencias, su actividades innovadoras comida a transformar una mejor educación y participación activa de la mayoría de sus estudiantes con apoyo de cada uno de sus representantes.

One of the strategies I proposed was to carry out different recreational sports activities with different flashy resources and games for the enjoyment and motor development of each of the children studying in rooms 1, 2 and 3, focused on working activities with very fun circuits to develop each of the skills, either coordination of agility, speed and attention. Arguing to each one who participates, they encourage and motivate them to perform all types of activities that schools develop today.
In union with their director, classroom teacher and representative, they were able to coordinate a magical team, where they put into practice each of their activities to be carried out every day. The increase of attendance of boys and girls to the educational center has been massive, although they are pending to make each of the recreational and sports activities they also have the responsibility to perform academically in their classrooms to make it together.

Él nos plantea que hace algún tiempo había mucha deserción escolar era muy poca la asistencia del niño diarias a los salones de clase, y una de mis asesorías era buscar una problemática en el centro asignado para realizar diferentes estrategias que cambiaron la realidad y vida de mucho de los niños que estudian en el centro educativo.
Una de las estrategias que planteó fue realizar diferentes actividades deportivas recreativas con diferentes recursos llamativos y juegos para el disfrute y desarrollo motor de cada uno de los niños que estudian en las salas 1 2 y 3, se enfocó en trabajar las actividades con circuitos muy divertidos para desarrollar cada una de las destrezas bien sea coordinativas de agilidad, velocidad y la atención. Argumentando a cada uno que participa los incentivan y motiva a realizar toda tipa de actividad que hoy en día desarrolla las escuelas.
En unión con su directivo su docente de aula y representante lograron coordinar un equipo mágico, donde ponen el práctica cada una de sus actividades A realizar cada día. El incremento de asistencia de Niños y niñas al centro educativo ha sido masivo, a pesar que están pendientes de hacer cada una de las actividades recreativas y deportivas también tienen la responsabilidad de rendir académicamente en sus salones para posterior a ella hacerla en conjunto.

The increase in the student population makes the school work better, there is administrative movement, reports are passed more often, there is movement in the student dining room because of low enrollment, and the most important thing is that the child feels motivated to do all the right things for their meaningful learning. Here is some evidence of the exercises implemented in the preschool with the acceptance of their teacher Gerluis, managers and classroom teachers. With this beautiful story I want them to see that through a motivation in this case sport has achieved an increase and participation of students.

El incremento de la población estudiantil hace que el centro educativo funcione mejor hay movimiento administrativo los reportes se pasan más seguid, hay movimiento al comedor estudiantil ya que por baja matrícula no se estaba realizando comida, y lo más importante es que el niño se siente motivado para realizar todo lo conveniente en pro de su aprendizaje significativos . Acá les dejos unas evidencias de lo ejercicios implementado en el prescolar con la aceptación su profesor Gerluis, directivos y maestras de aulas. Con este hermosa historia quiero que vean que a través de una motivación en esta caso deportiva se ha logrado un incremento y participación de los estudiantes.
