A Week in the Life of a Marketing Intern: Week 4 Chronicles

Hello, my dear Hivers! Here I am again for another blog content. How have you all been? I hope you had a great start of the week. Also, don't forget to be kind. Our world is already full of negativities and unkindness—let's try our best to not contribute to it. Anyway, the blog that I am going to share today is the new update of my journey as a Marketing Intern. Should we get started?

MONDAY IS WORK DAY AGAIN...

These two are my co-interns. They are super hard working, focused and determined on their specific tasks. These co-interns of mine are techno geeks too. So, when it comes to creating marketing materials that need creative touches, they are the most hands on in it. By the way, we started our week by finishing the marketing materials for the new project of the company's accredited real estate developer. So, we are all in our best state to finish it on time.

PRACTICING AND LEARNING HOW TO FLY A DRONE

The boys were practicing how to fly a drone as we will be shooting the content of some of the properties on sale. They said that it's their first time to use it but what I admire about these two is their drive to learn. Look how eager their expressions are! We may have had the option to shoot using our phone but our Marketing Staff told us that for a wider or 360 view of the property, we should use a drone.

ATTENDING PKS (PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SEMINAR) AGAIN

For this week, we are privileged enough to come along together with the marketing staff and attend the PKS at Primeworld District. When we arrived at the venue, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff. The speaker was also very gentle and eloquently delivered all the important information about their company and their new projects.

SITE TOUR/VISIT

Right after the PKS at Primeworld District, we headed straight to the site tour. We took a glimpse of their ongoing projects and had the chance to tour around the area. It was all super nice. It's one of our dreams to occupy one of their condominiums. Maybe soon? For now, we are still feeding our eyes with all of their amazing amenities.

Afterwards, we headed to Royal Oceancrest Mactan. I was dumbfounded when I arrived at the place. Every detail of the place was meticulously crafted. The amenities were also top-tier. Me and my co-interns couldn't stop taking photos as we don't know when the next time we'll be visiting the place.

Here's more of the Site Visit. This time we were shooting at the properties on sale. We had a couple of videos for reels and photos for additional content for the marketing materials.

Look! We are using the drone! The boys were really fast learners. I was totally amazed how they did it. They were just learning to use it in a short time and applied what they learned right away. Such a genius! This time, they were taking videos in the surrounding area for the LOT available for sale. I just love the quality of the videos/photos the drone took. It's different compared to just using an android phone. Look how happy we are to witness that drone!

That's a wrap! What a busy but productive week. I can't believe we are already celebrating our first month as interns. It feels like it's just yesterday when we were just intern hopefuls. Time is indeed something we cannot stop!
This week, I learned and discovered something new again. I was able to deepen my connection with my co-interns and was able to collectively work for one common goal. I'm very excited to learn what is in-store for the next coming weeks.
