It's been 2 months since all the gyms and open gyms are closed because of the coronavirus,
At first I thought that all will be back to normal soon enough and after that I will start my work out again,
Unfortunately now it seems like that getting back to normal will take some time,
So today I finally decided to start some indoor exercises because I am gaining some weight in this lockdown.
And it's not nice to lose all the muscles that I gained 2 months ago by regular gyming, and starting workout again is the only option to save these gains..
so from tomorrow I will also post videos and blogs about fitness so that all of you can also maintain your health and body even in the lockdown.
For today I just want to say you that I am alive and I am active.

Thats a good move! I have been doing Intermittent Fasting and jogging (because we are allowed to go out to do some exercise but ofcourse it has to be in our nearby blocks only and encourage to wear mask). I make sure to stay away from the crowds too (just to be safe and i only go out for 20-30mins). After a month of doing this, i have lost 5kg! Lucky me.
