This is one of the best business/investing, success books around in my opinion. Even though it comes from the early part of the last century, the lessons are even more applicable today.
One of the first chapters stated that "Thoughts Are Things". In this age of quantum physics, moving towards computers, we are learning a lot more about the Wave Principle and collapsing it.
In this video I discuss how the lessons from this chapter are vitally important. It talks about being focused, not getting upset by failure since opportunity often wraps itself in that, and how one can think his or her way into success.

I felt the book was going through the same thing over and over again. The simplest tl;dr is that your thoughts affect yoru reality. Even if you strip all the metaphysical stuff, you still have to accept that all the action we take are affected by our thoughts. Mind is at the center of everything we do. Fix the mind and eventually other things in life will fix themselves.
Nurture the individual and world itself will become a better place :)

I'll put the book onto the list of things to read. It sure does seem to be an interesting book. I think it similar to the people who see a stock go nowhere even though it has high potential. Then soon after they leave, the stock pumps and they feel the FOMO.

I think all this self improvement/help/get rich book don't emphasize enough that you also need to have fun along the way otherwise it's hard to stick to the grind

The first time I heard about that book was when I was watching Bob Proctor's videos on YouTube. I haven't read it yet, but I would love to.
And that short sentence
That's so true. We should always keep thinking of good things about anything and make that a habit.
