By the way, it was only your last and third last videos with this issue for some reason. (I can watch them from your blog page with no issues however).
It's not upload time, it's encode time.
So, video is processed directly on your phone & it gets published within mins after processed-upload is complete.
We are also showing appropriate loading indicator on top. You can expand - collapse that area & understand about what is taking long.
