Deleted 3 TB videos from storage space
I have deleted 3TB videos
- which were 1 month older
- and videos which were never ever published
Merge Requests were updated & merged 🔂
- Additional Beneficiary checks for all 3rd party clients including mobile-app
- I addressed all feedback received on this merge request
- This merge request was merged
- My suggested changes are now deployed 🎉
- A new API from Creator studio to allow user to change thumbnail of video
- I addressed all feedback received on this merge request

- I'll soon integrate this on mobile-app
- I'll also co-ordinate with front-end guy to have this integrated OR I'll integrate this in web-app.

- There were some occurrences where we still had old domain reference

I used to be able to download videos from the 3speak site...has that option been removed or is it something I am missing?
Thanks for any help and sorry if this is the wrong spot to ask, it's just something I've been thinking of...I like to archive them on 3apeak, then later upload to YouTube, for example.
Yes. That feature has been removed. It was being misused by banned users & users who are spamming. People are uploading NetFlix seasons, pirated contents etc. After that, they use 3Speak to download.
Always keep the original copy of the video saved with you, if you wish to upload it somewhere else.
Note: My comments are my personal opinions.
Ah, too bad... That was one of the best features of 3speak, I thought-being able to get a friend to download a long video that's hard to send\don't want to keep uploading it.
I never downloaded any Hollywood junk, although I did see a few random channels that were obviously abusing the service (but few and far between, I thought)
Hopefully I can find a way to download the files still somehow.... Or you remake that feature based on someones reputation score, perhaps?... That could be cool.

IN MY OPINION, that itself is a misuse of 3Speak.
3Speak isn't meant for File Sharing.
If you want your friend to download a long video, please use other file-sharing-utilities like dropbox or box or any other tool.

Not sure if it's been suggested yet, but Picture in Picture mode for the iOS app would be great! For long videos like podcasts it's nice to be able to listen and do other stuff 🤭 😉

Hmm I guess it wasn't working for me for some reason, I swiped up from the bottom to go to different app and the video stopped playing 🤷♂️
You gotta tap that button explicitly to start PIP mode. Check other comment which I've added.
