Somehow I'm not surprised by your message in this vlog. I connect with others' energies, and I had a feeling that you took a digital detox for introspection and spiritual reasons. Congrats on that.🤗
You are right about the consumption of content on FB, IG, and Web 2 in general.
For me, I only do HIVE and I have to strike the right balance with the 3Cs of Social Media/Online time: Creation, Consumption, and Curation. I equally enjoy doing all three, and find that they work hand-in-hand for me, and if I'm not doing all 3 simultaneously, then I feel an imbalance.

If I can enrich your life just a little bit, then I'm fulfilled. My work is done.

    I am so glad to see you! That's really fascinating about your hunch that I took a digital timeout. I found myself slipping out of balance and becoming depressed and intimidated by all the amazing creators out there. I had to hit the pause button, and it really helped me realign with who I am.

    I have never heard of the 3 Cs before! That's really a good approach, one I might try to apply to my happenings around the internet.
