Go To The Gym It Saves Lives

Training has many benefits and I've been doing it for 3 decades now all naturally other than over the counter supplements. Which I have gone out and created my own range to ensure that I know what's in them.

Having kids requires you to be mentally and physically on at all times. Yesterday, while swimming in the river and having warned my kid 999999 times no to venture too far due to high current and dangerous rocks. She didn't listen as all kids don't.

I ran my butt to the rock pretty quickly as she got taken and stuck. Her confidence in me was another issue. As she went back upto the rock after taking her down and got sucked into the current.

It doesn't look like anything in this video as I pull her up but that current was strong, my quads were doing all the work to remain grounded. You can see it easily suck her in as I move in to grab her and with a single bicep curl pull her back in.

All relatively easy until you realise the other 3 people were somewhat stuck on the other rock due to the current.

All this and mum had nooooo idea and I was pretty frantic in that water as one wrong move and I'm toppling over and taken also.

Fortunately, nothing happened. My kid was fully aware of getting stuck in that current as she couldn't get out and she even said "phew lucky you were there dad".

Yeah, lucky dad spends most his life in the garage smashing weights. Otherwise, that would have been the last time either of us saw each other.
