I'm in the UK and haven't been able to access 3speak all day. Not sure who to ask or what to do about it. I've tried different browsers and different computers.
Hi, @igormuba, this looks very easy, but in fact is not - I have Malware bytes installed here on my desktop PC and it blocks all IPFS connections, aka Trojan files...
so, first I try to add IP blocked to unblock list but immediately noticed that on IPFS there are thousands of IPs for 1 file...so I add the 3speqak app to the exception and this works...
but, the file stored on my computer is triple bigger than the original file I uploaded??? and that makes no sense ...
also, I can't find the file in my computer where exactly it is ...
btw: with IP I mean IP number ...
The reason is the transcoding creates multiple copies of the video in different resolutions and bitrates. This means users with a slow connection can still watch the video in lower quality. It's not quite triple the size, but it will be larger. This will change in the future with more encoding options.
