I use shaktimaaan & i-am-the-flash as test accounts.
In order to reduce video-encoding time & avoid queue for video encoding, I am working on a better solution.
Video Encoding = Converting raw video (.mp4, .mov) to HLS (480p.m3u8, 720p.m3u8 & 1080p.m3u8)
It's called on-device-encoding - which means - client can encode video & upload encoded video & publish instantly.
On top of these, 3speak-server also needs to pin IPFS Clusters.
In order to verify that video is published with valid beneficiaries, valid IPFS HLS video, valid thumbnail etc, posting on chain is necessary.
So far, publishing smaller videos up-to 30 seconds even with 4k resolution, were successful.
However, as you can see in this video, videos with more length, it is failing. Posting test videos only when needed.
Usually I delete the test posts immediately but keeping the posts for references for debugging.
Thanks a lot. I was wondering who it was. It is probably better to mention in the description of the account that it is your testing acount.
No problem. I hope that the testing works out well :-)
Hello,
What have you been testing the past day in 3speak?
Thanks
