I lost more than 16 kilos (35 pounds) doing these simple exercises 🤙

It took 6 months to lose all those kilos I finally left behind.
Trained 4 days a week, combining these exercises with some running with empty stomach.
For two rounds of these exercises you won't need more than 10 minutes a day.
Currently and since I have improved my physical form a lot since then, I have expanded and hardened this exercise table, but I assure you that you will do great with those simple exercises.

Yes, they are quick rounds without a break of multifunctional exercises that are even more effective if you also do them after doing a bit of running.

Oh i will try all of them out so that i can stay physcially fit and burn some fat

Excercisecit always good for the body it actually burn slot of fat and I believe this is required by anyone that wanted to live long thanks for sharing this great one

Hey! Thanks for the feedback.
Talking about fat percentage I was in a 35% and lowered it to 25% at that moment.
Now I'm at 19%.

Did you change your diet? Running on an empty stomach sounds like keto-diet...

To be honest with you, I didn't do any kind of diet in particular.
I just changed my eating habits, started eating more balanced and drinking a lot of water instead of beer 😁
And I added oatmeal, rice and milk shakes to the breakfasts.
Empty stomach running is supposed to be good for burning more fats and I still doing that now, plus adding Acetyl L Carnitine to try to lower fats faster to a 14% or so.

Ok yeah, I won't be eating that :D I cut all sugar and most carbs from my diet and after some time, I did not feel as hungry all the time. I eat more butter, eggs and other animal fats than ever before and am losing weight.

Yeah, cutting sugars it's important too aswell as eating some of healthy fats (olive oil, fats from nuts, etc.), needed for a balaned diet.
Are you following kind of a Paleo Diet? That always worked for our species and it's getting popular in these times 🙂

No, I just went back to what people ate here 100+ years ago. Cooked foods. No raw paleo grass seeds and caterpillars, lol.
