Good Question, I just checked, 80th place didn't get the reward, but the top 1-79 do. Right now 217 HELIOS tokens are the minimum. These places could move around a lot so the higher up in the list you get the more likely earn the hodler reward.
So top 79 :p
217 Helios doesn't currently seem like alot :D
Will look into it and yes ofc, if you have more the better :p
