Back to another vlog, this week I manage to badly position the camera and chop off the top of my head. The fuel crisis has mostly subsided, but cracks are showing in the UK supply chain left right and centre with the latest crisis being Milk supplies being thrown away by Farmers because no takers are available to collect them, and Pig Farmers facing the prospect of destroying pigs because the Abattoirs are too short staffed to process the normal supply.
Fortunately we are well stocked with coffee, however getting that to people can be a challenge too. FedEx this week had a system failure and it’s main sorting Hub on Tuesday night - backing up over thirty lorry loads of parcels and leading them to cancel all collections Wednesday. That caused a load of extra work re-routing parcels that were urgent, although they did resume on Thursday and it seems most people still receive their orders on Friday.
With pretty much every local customer delivered to this week, so there have been some long days on the 30kg batch roaster to build up stock, and also fulfil Customer orders.

Hi mate. Do you still run the coffee token?

That’s good that the fuel shortage has subsided. Yep, that’s happening in the states as well. My buddy out west said that farmers are giving away produce because no one is willing to truck it to suppliers. Nuts
Glad to hear business is booming
