I think your audio sound is bad because the volume of your microphone is too high. This happened to me many times when I use OBS. To fix it you need to go to your sound setting and low your recording volume to 60% to 70% and that will fix your sound quality and give you a cleaner sound if you want to increase it, you can do it on your editing software.
