Body Flow Series #23: Warm-up Flow
The moment I step in the training area, the very first thing that I do is loosen my joints with a short dynamic stretch followed by a HIIT cardio exercise. I usually do 10 kinds of exercises, 3 sets at 30 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between. However, today, I wanted to warm up with a short pole flow. I was not in the mood for intense cardio because of the intense training I had 2 days before this video.
I was also imagining spinning around the pole with this song -that's why I skipped my usual cardio warm up. I was excited to train - I climbed even before I could change to my training clothes.
