I've been quiet on Hive purely because the year-end this year has been so hectically busy! We have so many jobs that have been/still are finishing this week and next week before we close that it has kept me occupied and exhausted.
But I am starting to recover and looking forward to the holidays.
The picture is on one of our sites. We did the ducting as well as the wall with the steel beams.
It's been a bit like that for me all year, but then it always seems this way every year I guess.
Good work on the wall and ducting...you can have a break at Christmas due to your good work. (I get one too.)

Cheers. Yeah I would have loved to be on leave next week already, but there are jobs that are not yet done.
Perhaps I should only take off the time the office is closed and let my leave pile up a bit... 🤔🤔🤔
I'm using a mix of annual leave and days off in lieu (TOIL) entitlements so I'm retaining a heap of A/L. I accrue TOIL days every time I work weekends which is quite a lot as I travel for work a lot...many saved up to use as I like or get paid out in money. It's a pretty good deal.
