Attention, lovers of mediocre botany, today I will be presenting my collection of plants with model aspirations.
On one of my most treasured trips in Cuba, which I intended to take as a spiritual journey seeking enlightenment, the only thing I found was a bunch of flowers. I spent hours crouching on the ground, trying to capture the essence of each petal and The only thing I managed to do was get covered in dirt and mosquito bites hahaha, but at least I have content to give you today.
First I found something that I would like to call a bouquet of balls, I have no idea what these fruits were called because that's what they looked like, but I thought it was cool to photograph them, later they told me that they were palm nuts.
I came across these beauties and my heart was filled with joy. Sometimes the simplest is the most beautiful. Common flowers are sometimes the ones that surprise us the most because of their simple beauty, with that pose and those petals, they won't lack work, they surely already have a contract with Gucci
This tree was also there, standing in the middle of the field, like a summer ghost, those branches, despite their bareness, emanated a serene force. I couldn't help but take out my camera and capture that moment. It reminded me of the autumn afternoons of my childhood, when I played under the trees, when I felt like an ant at the foot of a giant.
Then I found a bush in which I wanted to hide to scare a friend who was traveling with the group, his reaction was so exuberant that we died of laughter, luckily my partner captured the moment in which I was hiding behind the plants, really It was an unforgettable moment, I will never forget the face he made.
We went for coffee later and what do you think? More flowers hahaha. There was a floral decoration with three different types of plants, it was really beautiful, but God! It was already starting to tire me out having so many photos of flowers in my album from the same day.
Returning to the starting point, camera in hand, I came across a scene that took my breath away. A small bee diligently dived into the heart of the flower, collecting its precious nectar.
At that moment, almost as I left, I truly felt a deep connection with nature. The hum of the bee, the sweet aroma of the flower and the soft breeze that caressed my face created an atmosphere of peace and serenity. I stayed there, motionless, contemplating that dance between the bee and the flower, remembering my grandmother's words, who said that beauty is found in the small details, only then did I understand how true it was.
