Great initiative! I'm working on something myself as well to onboard people that I know, it will be a test-case first, with many learning-curves ahead. So far, in the past, only two out of 5 (or 4) post when they have time :P.

Four people know about it, including one that I don't know which is a tad uncomfortable. I'll probably do some testing first, but will write a post about it to get an idea what I'm working on.
