En la aventura de hoy estaremos preparando un rico , nutritivo y sano desayuno con Tomate Solanum lycopersicum , Cebolla (Allium cepa), Pepino (Cucumis sativus) acompañado de un delicioso casabe (Manihot esculenta). Estos días han sido un poco complicado por ciertos problemas de salud pero agradezco a Dios por la pronta mejoría entendiendo que todas las cosas nos ayudan a bien, de cada adversidad lo importante es aprender la lección para nuestro crecimiento personal como dijo alguien las adversidades son oportunidades que se nos presentan en la vida para que por medio de ellas tengamos la mejor experiencia con la finalidad de ayudar a otros en determinado momento.

Antes de comenzar con la preparación de este delicioso desayuno , les hablaré un poco del tomate y el pepino , mis tíos son agricultores y desde muy pequeños aprendieron el arte de la siembra y la cosecha , así qué crecí en medio de personas humildes que se ganan el pan trabajando la tierra , en muchas ocasiones sembraron tomate y pepino, recuerdo que en la cosecha de tomate era algo impresionante había tomate por todas partes llegaba un punto que ya no queríamos más de tanto que habíamos comido , por cierto , se los recomiendo con sal es muy sabroso, no dejen de probarlo.

El tomate lo podemos consumir en muchas presentaciones : Jugo, Crema, Salsa, entre otros, éste posee unas propiedades maravillosas como la Vitamina A la cual es aliada de nuestra visión , además destaca por su contenido en vitaminas antioxidantes y minerales, también es una fuente de hierro ayudando a mejorar la circulación de la sangre. El tomate es excelente para mantener nuestro organismo en buenas condiciones física ya que nos ayuda a fortalecer el sistema inmunológico a fin de prevenir enfermedades y contribuye al crecimiento y desarrollo de los huesos.

El pepino además de formar parte en la dieta para adelgazar es una fuente natural de Vitamina B , la cual nos ayuda en el buen funcionamiento de nuestro sistema nervioso , además posee altos contenido de vitamina C indispensable para el cuidado de nuestra piel y fortalecimiento de las defensas del cuerpo, también contiene calcio ideal para el crecimiento y desarrollo de los huesos.

These days have been a little complicated by certain health problems but I thank God for the speedy improvement understanding that all things help us to good, from every adversity the important thing is to learn the lesson for our personal growth as someone said adversities are opportunities that are presented to us in life so that through them we have the best experience in order to help others at a certain time.

Before starting with the preparation of this delicious breakfast, I will tell you a little about tomato and cucumber, my uncles are farmers and from a very young age they learned the art of planting and harvesting, so I grew up in the midst of humble people who earn their bread working the land, On many occasions they sowed tomato and cucumber, I remember that during the tomato harvest it was something impressive, there was tomato everywhere, it got to a point that we did not want any more because we had eaten so much, by the way, I recommend it with salt, it is very tasty, do not forget to try it.

The tomato can be consumed in many presentations: juice, cream, sauce, among others, it has wonderful properties such as Vitamin A which is an ally of our vision, also noted for its content of antioxidant vitamins and minerals, it is also a source of iron helping to improve blood circulation. Tomato is excellent to keep our body in good physical condition as it helps us to strengthen the immune system in order to prevent diseases and contributes to the growth and development of bones.

Cucumber, besides being part of the diet to lose weight, is a natural source of Vitamin B, which helps us in the proper functioning of our nervous system, it also has high content of vitamin C essential for the care of our skin and strengthening the body's defenses, it also contains calcium ideal for the growth and development of bones.

Corté en rodajas los tomates, la Cebolla y el pepino , agregué sal al gusto y listo , mi desayuno rápido pero muy nutritivo.
