Corn fritters, a delicious and crispy snack

From night to morning in my area it rains continuously, the air is cold, I want to snack continuously, I want to go out to buy snacks but I'm too lazy because it's still drizzling hehe, I remember there's some corn in the fridge, if left too long it will rot. So I thought of making corn fritters because this food is very easy to make, besides being easy to make, it also tastes good.

Corn fritters are snacks made from corn, flour, and several other spices that are cooked by frying. The combination of corn and flour is widely favored as a filling snack or can also be used as an additional side dish. These fritters are widely found at street vendors. In addition to corn, these fritters can also be made from other vegetables such as cabbage, carrots. Let's see the ingredients and steps to make them:

  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

In my opinion, this fried corn is really delicious, sweet, savory, and crispy, not only crispy but the fried is really fragrant. I like the thin and crispy version of corn fritters, and the corn is whole, not mashed.

If you like the wet version, you can add eggs to the dough and not use rice flour, just use wheat flour and tapioca, for the size of the dough according to taste. Likewise with chili, you can add chili if you want it spicy. That's all for today. Good luck and enjoy,
