I love salads, so every time I feel like eating them I like to prepare it in different ways, vary the vegetables and add seeds to give it a more nutritious and delicious touch, also to not fall into boredom, so friends today I share this delicious recipe that is a salad easy to prepare and full of color that makes brighten up the view, it is a salad of potatoes, carrots, beets, avocado, sprouts and chia. A healthy and balanced dish, since each of the ingredients contains essential nutrients for our body. I hope you are encouraged to prepare it.


 
Me encantan las ensaladas, por eso cada vez que me apetece comerlas me gusta prepararla de diferentes formas, variar las verduras y añadir semillas para darle un toque más nutritivo y delicioso, también para no caer en el aburrimiento, así que amigos hoy comparto esta deliciosa receta que es una ensalada fácil de preparar y llena de color que hace alegrar la vista, se trata de una ensalada de papas, zanahorias, remolacha, aguacate, germinados y chía.  Un plato sano y equilibrado, ya que cada uno de los ingredientes contiene nutrientes esenciales para nuestro organismo. Espero que os animéis a prepararla.

02 potatoes, 01 carrot, 01 beet, 01 avocado, 05 lettuce leaves, 01 handful of sprouts, 01 scallion, 02 sprigs of cilantro, 01 tablespoon of chia, 01 tablespoon of vinegar, 02 tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste.

02 papas, 01 zanahoria, 01 remolacha, 01 aguacate, 05 hojas de lechuga 01 puñado de germinados, 01 cebollín, 02 ramitas de cilantro, 01 cucharada de chia, 01 cucharada de vinagre, 02 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal al gusto.

We begin by washing all the vegetables very well. We put them to cook in a pot with enough water, when they have softened remove them from the fire, the beets we leave them a little more because they need more time to soften. Then let them rest.



Comenzamos lavando muy bien todas las verduras. Las ponemos a cocer en una olla con bastante agua, cuando se hayan ablandado las retiramos del fuego, las remolachas las dejamos un poco más porque necesitan más tiempo para ablandarse. Luego las dejamos reposar.

Then we remove the skin and cut them into squares, wash the lettuce very well with vinegar, then cut them into pieces as well as the chives, avocado and cilantro, the sprouts we leave it a minute in boiling water with a tablespoon of vinegar and drain.


 
Luego les quitamos la piel y las cortamos en cuadritos, lavamos muy bien la lechuga con vinagre, luego las cortamos en trozos al igual que el cebollín, aguacate y cilantro, los germinados los dejamos un minuto en agua hirviendo con una cucharada de vinagre y escurrimos.

In a bowl, add the potatoes, carrots, beets, lettuce, avocado, chives, sprouts, cilantro and stir.


 
En un bol, añade las patatas, la zanahoria, la remolacha, la lechuga, el aguacate, el cebollino, los brotes, el cilantro y remueve.

Season with salt, vinegar and olive oil, mix until well integrated. Place in the refrigerator for a few minutes.


Aderezar con la sal, el vinagre y el aceite de oliva, mezclar  hasta que esté bien integrado. Llevamos a la nevera por unos minutos.

When serving, add the chia seeds, and this delicious salad is ready to be enjoyed.


 
En el momento de servir, añada las semillas de chía, y esta deliciosa ensalada estará lista para ser disfrutada.
