And we are already in the Mber months as October is running, and soon we welcome the month of November, a special month for thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is what we celebrate 🎉 once in a year as we enters November, although everyday of our lives should be filled with gratitude because life is a miracle.
In my today’s recipe I prepared a thanksgiving tea 🍵, coffee ☕️ time stick rolls from an over ripped plantain mix , because thanksgiving starts with morning tea 🍵 or coffee ☕️ with some snacks and dessert 🍮, so we can choose to make any of them to enjoy the morning while the huge whole turkeys 🦃 are being roasted in the grill for thanksgiving lunch 🍱 to begin. Haha 😂 .
This recipe is one snacks that you can make from plantains but an over ripped ones for easy mashing. A unique way to make it crunchy adding just little wheat 🌾, especially with a bit of brownie deep fry, enjoying your thanksgiving morning with hot steamy tea or coffee. It looks such a fun 🤩 especially while rolling each cut into a stick shape.
Lets make this thanksgiving plantains stick rolls friends.
INGREDIENTS:
1 over ripped plantains
100 g of wheat
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 teaspoon of black peppers
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 salt
1 teaspoon of premium sugar.
30 ml of vegetable oil for deep fry
.# STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
I will start by washing, cutting and peeling the plantains.
Step 2.
I will mash the plantains into a puree with the help of a fork 🍴

Step 3.
Next I will mix the wheat 🌾 adding baking powder and salt.
Step 4.
I will add some sugar here and stir to incorporate.
Step 5.
And here incorporate the margarine 🧈
Step 6.
Then will add the mashed plantains and black pepper into the wheat mix and will incorporate.
As here above.
Step 7.
And to bring the combination into a dough,
I will gradually knead with the tips of my finger adding some vegetable oil for a fine knead

Step 8.
Next is to cut the dough into two and into smaller sizes.
And will spread and roll into a stick shape as above
.Step 9.
Have all the dough rolled here ready to be fried
.Step 10.
And will fry into hot heated deep vegetable oil, flipping it to get a brown crunchy taste result

So crunchy and brownie like parts of the turkeys 🦃 being roasted in the grill for lunch 🍱 during thanksgiving. This recipe is everything with slight of spice from the black peppers. You need to make more recipes from your plantains apart from just frying, roasting or boiling them. It taste so good with hot steamy tea 🍵 or coffee ☕️ friends. Enjoy 😊.
