This is my vegan lasagna
I use 300 grs meat soy of "chicken" , a whiter meat of soy
1 lt of Tomato sauce
500 ml of home made cream of quinoa and sunflower
800 grs of vegetables (like onions,carrots,pumpkin,tomatoes, and whatever u like)
And lasagna pasta we buy this time
We make our cream with :
100 grs sunflower
100 grs quinoa already boiled
400 ml Water
Salt
a little sunflower oil
Shake it at Blender !!!
We can make a rose sauce puting togheter the tomato and white cream
Then we make the lasagna .
First put sauce down
Then vegetables already cooked and seasoned
And then pasta
And sauce
And vegetables
Pasta
I finished here with cheese flavor b12
Cook on the oven 20 minutes
I prefer to eat it the next day,is better flavour
You can add more sauce ,more is better
