What a great recipe! Your photos are always fabulous. 😀But unfortunately, I can't make this recipe a try because tempeh was impossible to find in Thailand. I always plan to make homemade tempeh without a tempeh starter. I did research and find out that is possible to use teak leaves as a natural starter so I'll do some more reading and hopefully, I can do it someday from my kitchen. ❤️
