Hello everyone,
The weather today is very hot , like any other day. I really don't like it when the weather is so hot like this. Reach up to 33 degrees. Maybe your place is hotter than mine. But I feel it's already very hot. Because the hot weather seems to make my mood immediately bad. I don't like spending my time today in a bad mood. If it's like this, I usually stay in my room turning on the air conditioner and listening to music or watching series.
Hot weather like this we have to find something that can make our mood to be good again. Usually something fresh and fresh can make our mood improve. I remember my friend gave me one of the drink recipes and I forgot to make it, but that's fine for now. most importantly this drink is very refreshing in the throat and makes our mood immediately improve. This drink is very simple and I happen to have the ingredients. Because I had time to buy it when she told me the recipe. My friend said, when this drink is served it will be like a drink that is sold at our place to watch a movie. By combining two different drinks but will become one very delicious taste. not wanting to linger any longer I immediately prepared the ingredients and made it.
ingredients
- teh pucuk less sugar or jasmine tea (I used only 100ml)
- Mogo mogo coconut (I use 120 ml)
- Simple syrup or sugar solution 2 tbsp (with 50 ml water)
- chia seeds
- Ice
how to make java tea :
- Prepare a glass, then add ice into the glass, just enough
- Then add the sugar water solution
- Then after that, add teh pucuk to taste
- And also add enough mogo mogo
- And lastly add chia seeds
- Simple and refreshing drinks are ready to be enjoyed
You know how I felt the first time I drank it? Well, this really feels like javatea in the cinemas where I watch movies on the big screen. Especially in XXI where I watch the most and always order the javatea. My friend is not lying, it's almost 90% the same as the ones in the cinemas. If you like cinema-style javatea or XXI you should try to make this. With a cost that doesn't drain your pocket, you can make drinks like those sold in big screen places. Just add popcorn and watch a series or movie in the room or tv room at home. Don't forget to make this at home friends. Don't forget to leave your comments about my blog today. Until we meet again

Good morning @sheliawat, this recipe is delicious and refreshing, very suitable for hot days. I think it is a great drink, elegant, nutritious, delicious, so it is excellent its preparation.
Now, I have two observations to make regarding your publication:
The first: It is that I do not see the quantities of the ingredients or the amount of drink to obtain. I remind you that this is a vegan gastronomic community, and in the recipes it is necessary to indicate with units of measurement understandable in the whole planet, what quantities of each ingredient you are using and how much product you are going to get. This is essential, since there are readers from all over the world, and we are also read by some people who lack notions of cooking, the simplest ones; so please, edit your post and put this information.
The second suggestion: It is that the seeds you have used are actually chia seeds, not basil or even toad eggs. The scientific name for chia is: Salvia hispanica, and I know it is chia because of the appearance of the seeds and because it also has the ability to thicken the liquid. The word chia does not really have a translation to other languages, because it is an aboriginal word, specifically from Nahuatl, (a tribe from Mesoamerica), its translation is difficult; so I also thank you for editing your post and making this correction.
I hope you will take this into account for future posts, and it would be ideal if you would edit and correct this post, please, and replace where it says basil seeds with the appropriate, which is chia seeds.
Thank you.
Thank you for your input and correction of my writing. This will be my lesson for the future to be more thorough and prepare clearly before uploading it
Ok, thanks to you.
