

Ingredients...
1 Cup of Well-boiled pasta.
Soy meat 50g.
1 Cup of coconut milk.
1 onion.
Salt as needed.
About 3 cloves of garlic.
Two green chilli pods.
curry leaves.
1/2 Teaspoon of Fenugreek seed.
About 2 cinnamon sticks.
1 Teaspoon of Roasted curry powder.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.

The order of preparation.
Step 1:-
First, I finely chopped the onions, garlic, and a different type of chili instead of green chilies. Then, I soaked the soy meat in hot water and boiled it until soft.

Step 2:-
Next, add the boiled soy meat, pasta, salt, and spices, and mix everything well.

Step 3:-
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add one tablespoon of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add fenugreek seeds, onion, garlic, curry leaves, green chilies, and cinnamon, and sauté lightly until fragrant.

Step 4:-
Next, add the prepared soy meat and pasta mixture to the pan and cook for about one minute. Then add the coconut milk and simmer for approximately four minutes. Once cooked, remove it from the heat.


Before the curry thickens, the flavors gently blend together, creating a delicious and wholesome dish that is perfect for everyday meals. This soy meat and pasta curry highlights how simple ingredients can be turned into a nutritious and enjoyable meal for the whole family.
Sometimes I made a ragù with soy I'll will like this curry too, well done.
That red color in the pasta makes it look very appetizing. And the final presentation turned out very nice =)
