how i cook vegan noodle sempol

Instant noodles can be processed into various cooking ingredients and even snacks, today I will make a snack from instant noodles, namely "sempol mi" surely you are familiar with sempol mi, well usually sempol mi is made like rolled eggs, and skewered with satay skewers, while this time I will make practical sempol mi without using satay skewers and without eggs.

The noodle sempol that I cooked this time was really very practical and simple, the ingredients I used were very simple and very easy to get anywhere, except for the vegan noodles, which I bought quite far from my house, I bought the vegan noodles at the biggest supermarket in my city, because here I was tired of looking for vegan noodles but I couldn't find them, I don't know why the vegan noodles were never sold in supermarkets near my house, so I was forced to go to the city to buy vegan noodles.

My way of cooking this sempol mi may be different from others, but that's okay, because everyone has their own way of processing their favorite food, the ingredients I need are only flour, vegan noodles, carrots and ground spices.

Here are the ingredients needed and the cooking procedure

2 pieces of white tofu.
1 pack of vegan noodles
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon of mushroom broth


Cooking procedure



First


Grate the carrots with a regular grater, chop the celery leaves, then boil the vegan noodles until soft.

Second


Mix the flour, carrots and tofu into the noodles, just mash the tofu using a fork, then add salt, pepper powder, and mushroom stock and finally celery leaves, stir until evenly mixed until it becomes a dough.

Third


Next, shape the dough into small or large balls, according to your taste,then fry until cooked, until golden brown

My version of Sempol Mi is ready, it is very simple to make, but very delicious, it tastes crispy on the outside and crunchy on the inside, the taste is just right, I dip it in my favorite chili sauce, so that it tastes spicy.
This is my first time making vegan version of sempol mie, I didn't expect sempol mie to be so delicious even without eggs, very tasty, the aroma of celery leaves can also be felt.

I made this sempol mi in a non-spicy version, just adding a little bit of porridge pepper, but I didn't add any chili, because I deliberately made the non-spicy version so that my child could enjoy it too hehe

Fried snacks are not really delicious if they are not spicy, so I dip them in my choice of chili sauce, ABC brand chili sauce, which is always in stock at home as a dip when we buy or make fried foods like this,
