First time making AMPERA

Hi my friends culinary lovers throughout Indonesia today I will make a snack from cassava which is very delicious and savory and very crunchy, this cheap snack is widely sold in traditional markets because this is a snack from the past, and as time goes by this snack is no longer sold everywhere so when we want to eat it we have to make it ourselves, we usually call this snack AMPERA

Ampera used to be very famous when I was in elementary school, I really liked buying this snack, at that time I didn't know that this snack was made from cassava

And as soon as I found out that this snack was made from cassava, I immediately looked for the recipe. I asked my mother and I also looked for this recipe on the internet and it turned out that it was very easy to make.

and coincidentally at my house there was a lot of cassava, just when I wanted to enjoy Ampera, I immediately prepared the ingredients, it turned out all the ingredients were at home

and without waiting any longer, I immediately took 2 large cassava pieces and I also prepared the other ingredients.


Materials used

2 cassava pieces
1 tablespoon salt
1 sachet garlic powder
1 sachet marinade


Manufacturing procedure


First


First I peeled the cassava skin, then I cut the cassava into small cubes, don't forget to wash it until it's clean,

Second


Next, I add the marinade, garlic powder and salt, then I cook until the water boils and the cassava is soft.

Third


After the cassava is soft, I remove it and drain it, then I fry the cassava until dry in hot oil.

Four


After the cassava was dry and cooked, I fried 1 celery leaf until dry and then I crushed the celery into the ampera to make it even more delicious.

Taraa my Ampera is ready and ready to be served on your dining table or you can put it in an airtight jar so that its crispiness is maintained, it's very easy, isn't it? Honestly, the way to make it is very easy, what makes it a little difficult for me is when I open the cassava skin, that's the only thing that's difficult for me, heheehe, then it's very easy

for the taste, it is very savory and crunchy, as I explained earlier, the texture of the cassava is really crunchy, the color is also very beautiful, right? I use all instant spices because I'm a bit lazy to grind them, if you want to use ground spices, please do so, you can grind the garlic and turmeric yourself

But if you are lazy to grind it, you can just use instant spices like I do, it's really easy, hehhee
