Hola amigos de Hive, primera vez que escribo en esta comunidad, hoy quiero compartirles mi receta de carne de Soya guisada, desde hace unos días he decidido dejar de comer proteína animal así que aquí voy poco a poco incursionando en esta nueva forma de comer.

Hello friends of Hive, the first time I write in this community, today I want to share my recipe for stewed Soy meat, for a few days I have decided to stop eating animal protein so here I am little by little dabbling in this new way of eating.

Ingredientes:
1 taza de carne de Soya.
1 champiñon grande.
1 /2 zanahoria.
2 hojas de acelga.
2 ramitas de brócoli.
1/2 cebolla pequeña.
1 pedacito de pimenton.
Pasta de tomate.

Ingredients:
1 cup of Soy meat.
1 large mushrooms.
1 /2 carrot.
2 chard leaves.
2 sprigs of broccoli.
1/2 small onion.
1 little piece of paprika.
Tomato paste.

Preparacion:

1.Cortamos los vegetales en juliana.

  1. Cut the vegetables in juliana.

2.En un envase con agua hirviendo colocamos la taza de carne y dejamos hidratar por 5 minutos.

2.In a container with boiling water, place the cup of meat and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.

3.En un sartén caliente ponemos a sofreír los vegetales.Colamos la carne y agregamos junto con los vegetales.

4.Después de sofreír por 5 minutos agregamos la pasta de tomate y un poco de agua y cocinamos hasta que los vegetales estén cocidos.

5.Una vez listo podemos acompañar con pan o con fideos.
