I hope this message finds you all having a wonderful day and in good health. I am delighted to share that I have successfully completed all my tasks for today. Moreover, I have prepared a special treat for all of you – some delicious "Wade" made from lentils and soy. These ingredients are not only rich in protein but also cater to the dietary preferences of vegetarians.
The Wada is not only nutritious but also incredibly tasty and crispy. Let's delve into the ingredients required to create the most delectable meat "Wade" test.
Materials Used.
Soya meat 50g.
lentil 100g.
Salt powder to taste.
1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
Pure Coconut oil 300ml.
A finely chopped onion.
Curry leaves.
3 green chillies, finely chopped.
Method of making.
Before processing, add water to the lentils and let them soak for about 15 minutes. Also put the soy in hot water and boil it for about 5 minutes.
Next, we remove the water from the lentils and soy meat and grind both ingredients finely with a blender or other device.
Next we take a bowl and add ground dal and soya to it. At the same time, add chopped onions, green chillies, chilli powder, salt and curry leaves and mix well.
Next we make the mixture into small balls and flatten them. Prepare as shown below.
Next, we take a cooking vessel and put coconut oil in it and leave it to heat. After it is heated, fry the prepared "Wada" one by one until golden brown.
These delectable "Wades" are ideal for tea time and can also impress guests. They pair excellently with bread and date hoppers, making them suitable for leisurely meals or picnics. I hope you'll enjoy preparing and savoring this dish as much as I have.
