Materials Used.
Young jackfruit (cleaned and cut into pieces)
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 Teaspoon of Mustard seed.
2 Cup of coconut milk.
Salt to taste.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
A finely chopped onion.
A little chopped garlic.
curry leaves.
A piece of cinnamon.
About 2 chopped green chilli pods.

The cooking process as follows.
Now, let’s get ready to prepare this dish. First, take the young jackfruit, clean it well, and cut it into pieces.
Next, take a cooking pot and add the chopped jackfruit, onions, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, cinnamon, one cup of coconut milk, and the spices.
Next, place the pot on the stove and cook well. Then add the remaining cup of coconut milk and cook again until done.
Now, take a separate pan and add two tablespoons of coconut oil. Place it on the stove. Once the oil is heated, add the mustard seeds. Then add onions, garlic, pandan leaves, and curry leaves, and fry until golden brown.
Then, add the prepared tempering to the jackfruit curry and mix well. This makes the dish extremely flavorful and delicious.
This nutritious jackfruit curry is a wonderful example of how simple, natural ingredients can be used to create a deeply satisfying and flavorful meal. Rooted in traditional cooking, it not only nourishes the body but also brings the comforting taste of home to the table.
