Combined with simple spices and herbs, this vadai is a perfect choice for tea time or as a light evening snack. It is a wonderful way to turn a humble village ingredient into a tasty treat that everyone can enjoy. So, let’s take a look at how to prepare it.

Materials Used.
Some boiled breadfruit.
Salt to taste.
1 Onion.
Two green chilies.
Some curry leaves.
1 clove of garlic.
1 Teaspoon of crushed chill powder.
1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.

Now, let’s get ready to prepare the dish. First, take a wooden mortar and add the onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and dried chili pieces. Pound them well until they are properly crushed and mixed.
Next, add the boiled breadfruit, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, wheat flour, and salt to taste. Pound everything well until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
