This morning, I prepared a special recipe for breakfast. Chickpeas, often regarded as a powerhouse of nutrition, are an excellent choice for a healthy and energizing start to your day. Materials Used.
100g Chickpeas soaked in water for about 6 hours.
2 Teaspoon of Soy sauce.
1 Teaspoon of Sugar.
Salt to taste.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
A peeled and washed carrot.
Two or three leek leaves washed and cleaned.
1 Onion.
2 or 3 cloves garlic.
Curry leaves.
The cooking process as follows.
Let’s get started with the preparation. First, finely chop the onions, garlic, carrots, leeks, and curry leaves, and set them aside separately.
Now, take a pot and add the chickpeas along with water to it. Place it on the stove and allow the chickpeas to cook thoroughly. During the cooking process, add a pinch of salt for flavor.
Next, take another pan and place it on the stove. Add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and let it heat up. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic, onions, and curry leaves, and stir them together. Then, add the chopped carrots, and a pinch of salt to the pan. Mix everything well and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Next, add chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and the remaining chopped leeks to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated and combined.
Next, add the boiled chickpeas to the pan and mix well for about a minute. Once everything is combined, remove the pan from the heat.
