This is a super comment @tsunsica, you show many aspects of being vegan. We do not want to be exclusive, on the contrary, the more non-vegan people are encouraged to make vegan recipes, the better, because they will be seeing how much fun it is and the many benefits it brings.
We know that not all economies are the same, so we are flexible regarding certain ingredients that in other circumstances might not be allowed in vegan cooking, such as white sugar and highly refined wheat flour (to give you two examples); but we understand that due to accessibility, availability in the market and other circumstances, it is difficult for users to use certain ingredients.
The important thing here is not to be purists, but to try to make a friendly, conscious and simple vegan cuisine, and of course, to learn more and more about the vegan philosophy every day.
We also consider that being vegan is a decision that should be taken consciously and responsibly, when people are adults, it should not be something imposed. We respect that.
Everyone is welcome in this community, as long as they respect the community rules.
It is a pleasure to have you back again. A hug!
