MEATLESS MONDAY: The best vegan recipes of these last two weeks

The Meatless Monday curation aims to value the commitment of users within our community and the HIVE ecosystem, through the curation of posts with good content related to vegan food. Our intention is to help these authors feel valued and recognize authentic and original work, done with love and dedication. That said, let's get started with this beautiful compilation.

Happy Monday, friends of the Plant Power (vegan) community, here @sirenahippie! We are back again with an edition of Meatless Monday. Last week due to multiple circumstances it was impossible to do the curation, however, today we will include the posts published inside and outside our community these last 14 days, making then a double curation, which will be only today.

As always, I want to take advantage of this publication, to ask all those who make life in our community, to take into account the topics that can be published here, being these:

  • Experiences with a vegan diet.
  • Ethics of animal agriculture.
  • How to grow a kitchen garden for your plant based food.
  • The best herbs and spices to have in a vegan kitchen.
  • Meat free Mondays - why they're a good idea.

We wanted to emphasize the importance of only using original content. I remind you that we do NOT accept photos or text from third parties, even if they are copyright free. We also remind them of the importance of not including animal products in their recipes, such as butter, eggs, honey, etc., the idea is that they share vegan recipes.

Also, it is important that you use the hashtag #plantbased #vegan. And we invite you to join the voting path, because every day we try to bring a little love to those valuable posts that are on the platform, no matter if they are not about food, it can be any other content, except those topics that oppose veganism.

This week's gastronomic route, which as I already indicated is double, corresponding to the last two weeks, will start with some delicious glass noodles in vegan pineapple sauce, then we will taste a cauliflower rice, continue with some ravioli stuffed with tofu, try a dish that can be exotic, some Aloe vera fillets, and then surprise us with some vegan dumplings. Then we will delight ourselves with a Wholesome Buddha Bowl, and our palate will travel to India with an Indian spiced stuffed bell peppers. Then, we will sweeten ourselves with some sweet cookies without butter, milk or egg; which we will accompany with a Mouse mocaccino. We will also surprise both our eyes and our mouth with a delicious Pepare cake. But our journey does not end there, as we will delight ourselves with a Crispy Tofu that combines very well with a Purpple cabagge salad, and we finish with a Banana and vanilla custard with granola and plum. We start our vegan gastronomic route, let's go for it!

Cauliflower is a great vegetable, which we can prepare in different ways: Baked, sautéed, in creams, but @eugelys has found an ideal way to eat it and that is to present it as rice. The posts of @marbrym are characterized by one thing: Their excellence. She usually makes recipes neatly explained, with a detailed step by step and very good complementary information. I think that one of the most delicate but delicious desserts that exist are custards. And @kyleana has brought us to the community an excellent vegan recipe for a custard in which she mixes banana, granola, coconut milk, vanilla and to make it even better, she adds Creole plum, a recipe that Santiago, her baby, loves.
