Hello friend's 🤗 Good Morning from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Vegan Recipe hopefully all friends will like my Recipe. Today I going cook Pumpkin Peel's and Seeds Fried. This is really delicious food. Yesterday my husband bought a pumpkin for us, then I decided to prepare this meal.
The nutritional value of this food is unmatched. Pumpkin seeds contain healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants that help you stay healthy. It contains monounsaturated fatty acids, which lower the level of bad cholesterol and increase the level of good cholesterol and keep the body fresh.
So let's make this nutritious meal.

  • Onion chop - Half cup
  • Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Garlic paste - Half spoon
  • Zinger paste - Half spoon
  • Bay leaf - one pc
  • Cinnamon - Two pcs
  • Chili - on taste

First, I peeled and took the seeds of pumpkin. Then wash them and take them in a sieve. Besides, I prepared other cooking materials.

In this step, I boiled Pumpkin peel and seeds in a pan with some water. Now take twenty minutes and boil it.

Now blend it well with the boiled peel and seeds in the blender machine.

Now put enough oil in a pan. Then I added bay leaves and cinnamon. Then add chopped onion and chopped green chillies and fry for some time.

Now I added the blended mixture to the fried onions.

In this step I added turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt one by one. Then I rubbed it all over with the spices. Now I kept stirring the whole mixture with the help of a spoon.

Stir continuously for 15 minutes and fry our mixture well. Our delicious food is ready now its time to serve.
