This afternoon I wanted to cook a special dish at home, namely processed capri beans cooked with coconut milk. I don't know why this dish becomes a very delicious dish if enjoyed with hot rice during the day at home. Moreover, enjoyed with family becomes very tasty and certainly adds to the appetite to be better. Not inferior to the stir-fry dish, the preparation of this capri bean curry dish has a set of flavors that make me often prepare it at home. And most importantly this meal is vegan-based.
If you are curious about the preparation steps, here I will show you the procedure for making a serving bowl of capri bean curry.
Ingredients
5 pieces of fried tofu
400 ml thick sntan
1 spring onion
½ teaspoon salt
2 red chili peppers
2 cloves of shallots
1 clove garlic
1 cm turmeric
1 tomato
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Cooking Procedure
Clean the capri beans remove the hard part of the capri beans, then cut the ends.
Cut the tofu into square shapes or according to taste, cut it into small sizes so that it fits the capri beans.
Cut the spice ingredients then blend with a glass of water until smooth.
Then saute the spices that were pureed earlier without using cooking oil.
Let it boil then add the tofu pieces into the cooked seasoning.
Then add the coconut milk while stirring until all the coconut milk is evenly mixed.
Add the capri beans to the pan, then add the spring onion pieces and stir until evenly distributed.
Season with salt and cook until the beans are cooked and softened, don't forget to correct the taste.
Result
Capri bean curry with tofu combination is ready to be served in a serving bowl on the dining table at my house. This afternoon this goulash became a delicious vegan meal even without meat. It is very appetizing with a beautiful color and the combination of tofu gives a delicious vegetable protein in this dish.
Next I started scooping out a serving of masi and tasting it as a lunchtime meal with my favorite serving platter at home. Just imagine that the first bite of rice with this vegetable gave me an amazing taste with the characteristic aroma of this peanut curry.
