This time, I will show you how to make a popular snack recipe. Known as olos, it looks similar to fried balls, like regular fried snacks. However, this snack has a different taste and is super easy to make.
What is Olos?

Olos is a traditional snack dish that originated in a region of Indonesia known as Tegal. This dish has a chewy texture and a round shape made from flour, which is then fried with a spicy stir-fried cabbage filling and seasoning. Its unique and delicious taste is savory and perfect as a snack to enjoy while relaxing.
The preparation process is very easy, but you should know that olos also has many different fillings. However, the one I made has a vegan filling of cabbage. Its savory and spicy taste makes it even more unique.

¼ teaspoon of mushroom broth
½ teaspoon of salt
