But something unexpected happened, not even one pack of enoki mushrooms remained in stock. I think many of them make hot pot like me. As a result, to replace the mushrooms I bought several packs of simeji mushrooms. The price is more expensive than enoki but the taste is not much less than enoki mushrooms. and the contents are more than enoki mushrooms.

The combination of a few simple ingredients of mushrooms and carrots with a mixture of onions will definitely give you the best taste of the day. Here I will show you!.
Materials Used
1 carrot
4 green chilies
½ onion
3 cloves of red onion
1 clove of garlic
5 cayenne peppers
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 green tomato
Cooking Procedure
Prepare all the cooking ingredients, then clean the simeji mushrooms, discard the cobs of the mushrooms.
After cutting, wash until clean several times.
Peel the carrots then slice the carrots thinly. Don't forget to keep soaking it in water after peeling it.
Chop the onion, thinly slice, then also thinly slice the red onion.
Then grind the garlic and cayenne pepper with ¼ teaspoon salt. Blend the spices, just grind them too coarsely.
Saute the onions and shallots until softened.
Then add the ground spices and saute until fragrant.
Cut the green chilies and tomatoes, just thinly slice the chilies and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Next add the chopped green chilies and tomatoes. carrot pieces to the cooking pan. Add a little water, then wait for it to boil.
Once boiling, add the mushrooms, stir until evenly mixed. Check the taste if it doesn't taste right, you can add more salt.
Results
Sauteed spicy mushrooms are ready to be enjoyed, serve them on your best plate. Then serve with white rice or the carbo you want.
