My favorite potato snacks have always been the best in my opinion. Potatoes have a very authentic flavor and certainly will not make you bored to enjoy it.

This time I will invite you to prepare one of the recipes for processed snacks from potatoes. This snack is actually very often processed at home, especially if my nephew is at home he will definitely ask to make this one snack. The ingredients are simple and very easy to make so it is perfect for those of you who are lazy to make complicated preparations.

Nori Potato Sticks

Nori potato sticks are one of the snacks from processed potatoes that are boiled then crushed and stirred with nori crumbs. Then add complementary spices and salt and then shape and fry crispy. Very simple but this is one of my favorite snacks that I usually prepare when it's raining at home or even when the flood season arrives in my area.

I think crunchy snacks like these potato sticks are indeed very suitable to be enjoyed in cold conditions, especially while having afternoon tea to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the weather. Not only that, this one snack is often the target of all circles, especially children, besides its delicious taste, the shape is also very unique and the presentation of folding oil paper like I did, they will definitely like it.

Curious not with the preparation steps, let's see and read one by one and try it!

Step 8

Fry in Teflon directly lengthwise, well when fried carefully the potatoes stick is very easy to break so wait for the stick to be solid and then turn it over and over. Fry the yellow-brown so that it is crisp and fry over low heat.

Potato sticks are ready to be enjoyed, it's suitable for everyone, and you know this is my nephew's favorite. When cooked and still warm I recommend you to enjoy them. Because the warm temperature makes these sticks even more delicious, especially the crunchy texture makes these sticks even more delicious.

The taste is very authentic, the combination of potato puree with nori makes it even more savory and delicious. Even with just pepper and salt, the sticks have just the right flavor. I highly recommend you make this snack. Well if maybe you don't want to fry it you can fry it in an airfryer I'm sure it's a healthier version.
