Hi vegan lovers, corn vermicelli is again the star of this dish, why not? My first introduction to corn vermicelli made this dish very complete in combination with processed soybean products in the form of tofu and tempeh. This is the first vermicelli recipe I found on the internet with a combination of tempeh and tofu. So here I will try to repeat this recipe with a little modification of my ingredients of course. I have never even tried this recipe at home so this is very curious.
Corn vermicelli is vermicelli that has a soft texture so when combined with tempeh and tofu with a little touch of spices, it will definitely make this dish spectacular. Well curious not with the recipe let's see the recipe that I will show below.
Ingredients Used
1 tempeh board
3 pieces of fried tofu
2 mustard leaves
1 tomato
1 celery leaf
1 stalk of green onion
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2 cloves shallots
1 clove of garlic
1 hazelnut
3 pieces of cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon pepper
Making Procedure
Soak the vermicelli in hot water, patikan tender then drain the vermicelli, then blend the spices.
Cut tempeh into small square pieces, or according to your taste, do the same with tofu.
Fry the tempeh in hot oil until golden brown.
Cut mustard greens into bigger pieces, saute the spices in a little cooking oil then add the tomato pieces.
Add the mustard greens then add the tofu and tempeh.
Finally add vermicelli then celery leaves and also spring onions, stir and cook.
Finally season with salt and sweet soy sauce and cook until the noodles are dry.
Result
Serve the corn vermicelli tofu tempeh in a serving dish, make sure everything is served warm while enjoying it so that it is more stable. This menu is very suitable to be enjoyed while relaxing with family or you can make it as your lunch with a complete meal.
