Carrot soup and rainy awful days, seems like a nice combination. I hope you were able to find some comfort and calm at lunch, At times like this it is hard to want to do anything, I am so sorry that you have to go through this and that you were told there is no way back. It may not be much, but I send you a sincere hug and lots of support. Circumstances, however difficult, cannot be more important than ourselves. I hope you can find a balance.

Yes, at the moment I'm a little disheartened, then it will be a matter of learning to live with it and hoping and doing everything to ensure that it degenerates as late and slowly as possible, but after the diagnosis I haven't been well, I'll probably start psychotherapy again at least to have psychological support .
