Rice combine with beans very nutritious

Hi everyone and warm greetings to everyone here.
In this reason we always eat rice almost every day and I don't like eating rice everytime but my kids like eating rice everytime the most important thing to them is for the rice to be delicious.

As for me and my husband we like changing diet by eating protein foods in the morning and carbohydrates in the afternoon and eat maybe vitamin or iron or any other classic of food but kids don't know that one what they know is to eat.

For them not to eat rice today is what I cannot stop because the disturbing me I have to cook rice for them and for my to eat with them I have to combine the rice with beans.

Rice and beans is a very good combination of food combining rice and beans is combining protein with carbohydrates and protein and carbohydrates is very good in the body.

Proteinous food is rich and also helps in growth and also in development of brain and other things growing kids need it and aged people also needs it.

Carbohydrates is very good to the body it helps to build the immune system and is also rich and good for strength and other things.

Cooking needs a lot of health things because without eating healthy food both brain and growth will not function well and everyone needs to eat healthy food.

INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of Rice
2 cups of Beans
1/2 tablespoon of Pepper
1 medium Onions
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of Tomato paste
1/2 cup of groundnut oil
Water .

PROCEDURE
This is a very simple and easy way of preparing rice and beans and I will explain step by step.

STEP 1
I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt ones and also chaff.

STEP 2
I will now put my beans into my pot add water and cook.

STEP 3
I will allow my beans to be cooked for a long time I will now add my rice.

STEP 4
After some minutes I will now bring my food down and wash.

STEP 5
In a clean and dry pot I will now add my groundunt oil and allow it to be hot.

I will now put my salt.

I will now wash my onions and slice

STEP 8
I add my tomato paste and stir I will stir till my tomato paste dries Water it doesn't take time to dry water.

I will now add my pepper.

After putting my pepper I will now add water because my tomato paste is dry.

This is the last step where I will now add my rice and beans.

I will now cover my pot and allow my food to get done.

Looking at dish is very simple and tempting and the taste is topnotch.
