Greetings to all my vagan lovers, am here to share a new recipe today I wanted to cook rice and stew so my husband says that he want something new and that he is tried of eating stew I now decided to make vegetable sauce made with pumpkin leave.
My husband love eating vegetables sauce a lot because is good to the body.
When I was pregnant my doctor told me that I have storage of blood that I should be eating vegetables that it builds blood.
And that it will make the baby in the stomach health.
So I decided to share this with my friends here.
INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin leave
1/2cup of groundnut oil
Onions
Maggi
Pepper
Salt
Water
Rice.
PROCEDURE
Wash your vegetables and after you slice them.
Wash your pot and put on the fire allow the pot to dry water, once the water is dry put your groundnut oil and allow it to get hot, Put salt and onions.
After salt and onions turn it small and add your pumpkin leave.
Add pepper and maggi.
And you turn them together, turn up to like 30minus and make sure that there is no water in the pumpkin leave you now add a little water.
Your yummy yummy vegetable sauce Pumpkin leave is ready.
Rice
Parboil your rice and wash it you cook it and add a little salt to your rice.
