Season greetings to everyone here and warm greetings to my great community.
Today I bring a new recipe a recipe for the season I made this hot pepper soup for my husband because he was feeling cold and weak so it came to my mind to prepare this for him.
Plantains is a very delicious food and healthy too and it has a lot of health benefits like rich in iron and high in vitamin A and lots more.
And also the ingredients I use is also good and natural to the body.
INGREDIENTS USED
3 ripe plantains
1 Ginger
5 piece of Fresh pepper
1/2 tablespoon of Mix spice
1 piece Aidan
10 pieces of ( Uda) black pepper
Tablespoon of (Uziza) Ashanti pepper
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
5 stems of scent leaf
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will explain this step by step.
STEP 1
I will first wash and peel my plantains.
I will now cut them into smaller size.
STEP 2
In a clean pot I will now put my Aidan herb add water and cook.
STEP 3
I will now put my slice plantains.
STEP 4
Here I will be putting my ingredients.
I will first put salt.
I will now add my mix spice.
Mix spice is made up of grinded turmeric.
I will now wash my pepper and ginger and peel my ginger and grind them together and stir.
I will also wash my uda and Uziza and add.
I will now wash my onions and slice and add to my pepper soup and stir.
After putting my onions I will bring out my Aidan herb out from my pot.
Lastly I will now wash my scent leaf and slice.
I will now stir very well.
Here my plantains pepper soup is ready.
There is something about this food and the ingredients I used.
Like Aidan herb helps to reduce cold and feverish condition.
Uda is also good to the body it also helps in cold condition and also helps in building the immune system.
Uziza has it own health benefits like reducing belly fat and other things.
That is why I cook it for my husband and it really helps him in this cold weather.
Looking at this dish is very tempting and the taste is topnotch and I advise you give it a try you will like it.
Thank you all for your time and support I appreciate see you all @nikky01.
