Beans with pap very nutritious

Season greetings to everyone here how are you all doing and how are you all preparing for Christmas tomorrow I am preparing well .
Today I made this new recipe for breakfast and it can also serve for dinner or lunch too.
Talking about meal I love to prepare meal that has a lot of health benefits and beans is one of them.

I made this delicious beans combine with pap
Beans is a meal rich in protein and protein helps to build the immune system and also helps in growth and also good for aged people.

Pap is also rich in carbohydrates and starch which also helps in building your immune system too.

This is the reason why I love combining food and I don't like combining food that gives the same thing in the body that is why I combine beans with pap.

INGREDIENTS USED
4 cups of beans
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon of dry Pepper
1/2 cup of red oil
Pap
4 cubes of sugar
1 sachet of good time milk
Water.

PROCEDURE
BEANS
This process is very simple and I will explain step by step.

STEP 1
I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt ones and also remove the chaff.

I will now put my beans into my pot add water and cook.

STEP 3
After 15minues I will now bring my beans down and drain water and wash.

STEP 4
After washing I will now put my beans back into my pot and cook.

STEP 5
I will now wait for my beans to be soft before adding my ingredients.

Here is the final step where I will be putting my ingredient.
I will first wash my onions and slice and add to my beans.

I will now put my pepper.

I will add salt and stir.

I will now add my red oil and stir.

PAP PROCEDURE
STEP 1
I will put my pap in a clean bowl and wash before dissolving.

"STEP 2*
I will now dissolve my pap with small cool water.

Here my pap is well dissolved.

STEP 3
I will now boil hot water and make my pap by putting the hot water into my pap and the pap will start getting strong till it gets to the thickness you want you stop putting the hot water

STEP 4
I will now start putting my ingredients for pap.
I will put my sugar first pour a little water to help the sugar dissolve and stir.

I will now empty my sachet of good time milk into my pap.

I will now stir my pap very well.

Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting and the taste is topnotch I enjoyed this meal so much and is also good to the body.
