Having a good and healthy meal also helps in building your body system and plantains is very good to the body.
Plantains remains me of someone
There is this friend of mine who loves eating plantains anyway you cook plantains she must eat it for the fact is plantain so loves plantain so much that anytime I see plantain I will remember her and today I fried plantains with sauce.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 pices of Plantains
1/2 cup of Groundnut oil
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
1 Carrot
3 piece of fresh Pepper
2 pices of Fresh tomatoes
1 green pepper
10 piece of green beans
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will explain this process the way every one will understand.
Plantains
I will first wash my plantains and peel after peeling.
I will now cut them into two.
I will now put salt on my plantains.
In a clean and dry frying pan I will put my groundunt oil allow my groundunt oil to be hot I will now put my plantains and fry.
I will allow my plantains to be brownies I will now remove from the frying pan.
I will now go over to my sauce.
Sauce
I that my frying pan a little oil will remain and I will use it in frying my sauce.
I will add salt first.
I will now wash my onions slice and add.
I will also wash my fresh tomatoes slice and add.
I will now stir and allow my fresh tomatoes to dry water.
I will now wash my green beans, green pepper and carrots and slice them.
I will now add them one after the other.
I will now stir them together and add my washed and sliced pepper and stir again I will also add a little water allow for some minutes.
Here my sauce is ready.
I will now dish them out.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch I enjoyed my plantain and sauce very well is very delicious cooking sauce this way.
